Dear Parent or Legal Guardian,

We are contacting you because your child would like to use EBLOMA AI Voice Box, which includes AI-enabled voice interaction features.

Before your child can use these features, we need your verifiable consent.

What we may collect

To provide the service, we may collect limited information such as:

Voice input, transcripts
Device and app information
IP address
Basic diagnostic or usage logs

How we use this information

We use this information only to:

Provide and operate the product
Process and respond to voice requests
Maintain safety, security, and reliability
Troubleshoot errors and improve performance

We do NOT

We do not:

Sell children’s personal information
Use it for behavioral advertising
Build advertising profiles

Third-party service providers

We may use trusted service providers, such as cloud, speech, or AI processing providers, to help operate the product on our behalf.

Your choices

You may:

Give consent for your child to use the AI-enabled features
Refuse consent, in which case these features will remain unavailable
Later review, request deletion of, or ask us to stop further collection or use of your child’s information, subject to applicable law

How to provide consent

Please complete the parental consent step in the EBLOMA app or follow the instructions provided in the parent verification flow.

If you do not provide consent within a reasonable time, we will not enable these features for your child and will handle your contact information in accordance with applicable law.
